Waheed Parker has approximately 30 years of experience in the legal field with a diverse range of expertise including but not limited to conveyancing, corporate work, commercial transactions, administration of estates, registration of notarial bonds and ancillary contracts. He is also a lecturer at lead – legal education and development (under the auspices of the law society of south africa) and lectures on the subject of drafting of contracts.
Parkers Incorporated specializes in property law and have, in addition to the energy and expertise required, the necessary capacity to cater for the needs of its clients having invested in the necessary infrastructure. This has been enhanced as a result of being on the conveyancing panels of the 3 leading banks, namely Absa bank, Standard bank and Nedbank.
